Notes :

  • All participants must be 14 yrs and above as at 1 January 2009.
  • MIXED RELAY team should have at least one member from the opposite gender.
  • Results for each INDIVIDUAL open category will be broken down into the following age groups : 18 - 24 yrs, 25 - 29 yrs,  30 - 34 yrs,  35 - 39 yrs, 40 - 44 yrs, 45 - 49 yrs, 50 yrs so each Participant in each age group knows where he/she stands (no age grouping will be given for RELAY teams)
    (prizes will not be given for each age group)
  • Any category with less than 5 SOLO / RELAY participants will either not start or will be combined with other categories at the organiser's discretion.
